Dave Everett, late of the Parish of Central London, now a resident of Cardiff, and a gamer of some repute (ill repute to be precise) was the original master. Beneath a (a fairly thick) veneer of incompetence we were sure did beat the heart and soul of potentially a pretty decent wargamer, but for Dave more often than most there was a flaw (or two) in this scenario.

Essentially Dave suffered throughout the back end of 1999 and the early part of 2000 from an amazing compulsion to get himself into game winning situations, and then to throw them away with moves, tactics, and especially deployment errors that can only be described as

Pants!!!
