The Roman cavalry general managed to get mugged by expendable Numidians on one flank, the other general on the other flank was unable to stand for long against 2 elephants and the spearmen, and the warband delivered the coup-de-grace by quadruple recoiling a lone Ax (I) sent to break up their formation, and then destroying him when he was placed to kill 4 legionaries. 10-0

Greeks set up an Amphitheatre of Death with kinked blocks 3-4 elements wide for warband to charge into. Numidians don't like what they see and go off to watch rugby for a while. Regular command and control from Carthaginian overlords means warband attack in staggered waves 3-4 wide, comfortably allowing for recoils. Greeks get early successes and then follow them up rashly, unfortunately do not live to regret it. Numidians decide they actually are on the winning side after all and join battle too late to have an effect. 10-0

Gauls deploy irritating clever fortified BUA. Carthaginians deploy frightening, un-clever elephants plus warband mixed formation and charge forwards, hoping cavalry wing will go away by magic if they pretend its not there. Mixed formation turns out not to be clever due to reluctance of gallic warband to contact elephants, meaning many over-eager mercenary warband die in double overlaps as a result . Things look dicey as main Gallic command crumbles but their madder mates kill off one warband command of Cartho's. Massive losses on both sides stack up towards danger levels, as stragglers cut off outside village but with Gallic cavalry set to play decisive role against frightened, scattered Numidians. Numidians skillfully roll 2 consecutive 6-1's to kill 2 Gallic cavalry in straight fights and cause Gallic army to crumble somewhat unjustly but just short of finish line. 9-1.
