- 15mm ancient miniatures suppliers - If you are looking for 15mm Greek, Roman, Persian, Medieval, Arab, Gallic, Byzantine, Catalan, Hungarian or Viking ancient wargames figures, this is the page for you. It has detail of the ranges carried by ALL the 15mm ancients suppliers I have managed to track down and find. For each supplier there is a comprehensive listing of the armies they have figures for, a guide to how they package their ancient figures (singles, packs of 8 etc), details on how you can order from them, a short review of their website, and a link to that site.
- 15mm Renaissance figures and miniatures - These ratings are almost all separate to those in the Ancients Directory, as the quality of a manufacturers Renaissance and Ancients ranges may differ. It omits listings for the "Late Medieval" and lots of the "Generic Eastern Islamic/Horse Nomad" armies as these can be found in the directory for Ancients Figures.
- 20mm Modern Era metal figures - All the 20mm modern metal figure manufacturers I know on this page, with the ability for you to vote on which is best - there are plenty more plastic companies such as Caesar, Revell, Orion, Airfix, Matchbox, Esci (these packs appear under the MARS brand as well) and Atlantic but they are already well covered on the excellent Plastic Soldier Review site.
- 28mm Rennaissance Figures Covering 25mm or 28mm ECW, TYW, Polish, Ottoman, Samurai (with guns), Dutch, Restoration British, Swedish, Tatar, French Wars of Religion and all the others after the Late Medieval finishes and before the Marlburian Wars get started. For each supplier there is a listing of the categories of figures they have (which gets messy in this era, as one man's TYW infantry are another man's ECW, but perhaps then a third totally theoretical man might even argue tha they are actually quite different...) and the usual detail on pricing and shipping.
- 15mm Napoleonic Figures - A comprehensive review and listing of 15mm Napoleonic wargaming figures to use for FoG:N, Lasalle, Shako, Piquet, To the Sound of the Guns, Grand Armee, Volley & Bayonet, Empires and Eagles, General de Brigade, L'Empereur, Napoleonic Principles of War, Black Powder or any other Napoleonic ruleset. Each manufacturers individual listing has details of the nationalities they make, taken from the list of nations explicitly mentioned on their websites - these include: French, British, Prussian, Russian, Austrian, Spanish, Polish (including Grand Duchy of Warsaw), Bavarian, other minor German states (Saxony & Rhine Confederation, Wurttenburg, Hannovarian, Hessian, Saxon, etc) Italian/Neapolitan, Dutch/Belgian, Portuguese, Swedish, Danish, and Turks. Many also have generic equipment and dead and wounded ranges too.
- 10mm ACW figures - A fairly complete listing of 10mm ACW figures from the current manufacturers with info on which may be compatible to mix together, and links to a number of large-scale ACW battles fought using 10mm figures
